	Moscow Moscow is, and always has been the Capital of Russia. It was once the Center of Competition between Russia and its Rivals, however, as the years went by, that dwindled. Now it has become a Center for progress, alot of it in advancement of Military technology, and political gain. 	Wolf Cove The "Wolf Cove" is the name given to the Headquarters of the powerful, and problematic organization, Silverfang. Silverfang is an elite Faction of only the most proficient of Assassin's and Special Operatives overall. They rival Bloodhound, and often clash violentally. Silverfang is known for its association with Phoenix, as well as it's ruthlessness as an organized whole. Many fear this covert Faction. It most commonly works "covertly" behind the painting. Although they are often associated with Phoenix they are completely neutral. Afterall, it is difficult taming a Wolf, or ridding a Wolf of its pack. The Wolf's Cove is located secretly in the snowy, and icy regions of Siberia in eastern-Russia.	0	0
