	White House The White House is literally the Capital Building of the National Alliance. Within the White House is the National Alliance's greatest security force, the Secret Service, however they remain hidden, or very open in public defending the President, and the Cabinet. The President lives within the White House, and the Cabinet frequently visits the White House for meetings, ect... So in a sense, it is the center of most global affairs.	0	0
	National Alliance Headquarters The National Alliance is a global unifying Government. It has maintained peace and order for quite a while in the World, excluding affairs which could take place "beneath" the whole picture. However, it remains the World's Superpower, next to it perhaps the powerful Corporation, Phoenix. This is where all members of the National Alliance have to stay, it is a massive complex, within this vast complex are sectors for Militants of all kinds, Civilians, ect... The President spends alot of his time within the National Alliance Headquarters. It is also where major Mission briefings tend to take place amongst World Leaders, and their Military Officials. It is an incredibly secure Citadel of unity.	0	0
	Dog Pen The Bloodhound's are an organization of specially trained operatives, all unified into one whole. They make up a deadly force, and are capable of preventing extremes if need-be. They are smaller then the National Alliance, but are closely associated with the National Alliance. They understand that Phoenix isn't simply a massive and powerful business corporation. Their rivals have always been Silverfang, whom are also an elite faction of trained killers. They get orders from the National Alliance usually, however, they have their own independance under Government authorization. The Bloodhound's center of progress, and their headquarters is known as the "Dog Pen" and is stationed strategically in Washington D.C.	0	0
