How Phoenix Came To Be

Phoenix was not always a terrorist organization in fact they use to be a close ally with the National Alliance that served as a special operative group that only carried the best of the best. During this time period Phoenix was actually called Firebird, it was rumoured that when the second Big Boss of the organization came to be he started to hand out more secretive tasks to his men some that the National Alliance was not even aware of, one of these being the rumour that a leak on a task that involved seeking out top secret militairy files on Cybernetic and DNA specimens that proved invaluable, it stated how to combine synthetics and DNA to form creatures of warfare when these files were taken the Boss or Big Boss immediatly had them put in effect and began recruiting Earths most notable scientists. It was then that Firebird disappeared from the face of the planet and Phoenix began to show what they were capable of.
